John has been a master technician for over 40 years. In addition to warranty repairs and or installation of DirecTV, HughesNET, Viasat Systems, John can repair and/or install most brands of televisions, vcr's, dvd's, stereo equipment, surround sound systems, satellite & antenna equipment, personal electronics, & more!
John is one of the few master technicians in the area doing repairs, and his reputation is for exceptional service at a fair price.
Most repairs are handled right in the shop. Occasionally repairs can be done at the owner's home, but most often testing equipment is needed to complete the repair (gone are the good old days of in home replace-a-tube repairs). After initial assessment of the problem, there is never any pressure to do a repair or conversely to try to sell a new unit instead of repairing. We advise our customers as to their options and leave the decision as to whether to repair or replace up to you.
